Portserv International Limited is a Canadian Corporation with head offices in Markham, Ontario, Canada, which was formed in 1992 for the purpose of providing cargo handling services. These services are broadly categorised as follows:

• Bagging of free flowing grain and fertiliser at destination points.
• Lightening or transference of cargo from large bulk carriers and tankers to smaller vessels, within the territorial waters of the receiving country.
• Providing turnkey operations from vessel hold to ultimate destinations including inland transportation to destinations in land locked countries.
